The Path of Shakti
"If you really want to live in bliss, then half of the journey is awakening the shakti: the subtle energy current that runs through your body and beyond the body.
You sit with a fully enlightened teacher or you listen to The Infinite Sky CDs or The Calling CDs and Shakti is awakened in you.
The other half is attention.
You begin to feel this shakti as bliss, peace or love and you give your attention to it. You become aware of it's movement and through awareness you allow it to move freely through your body and awaken every particle of your being.
It's a very simple process, but it comes down to what you value.
If you value bliss, if you value unconditional love then you give your full attention to it, and you nurture it.
But if you value other things, if you place importance on your opinions, the content of your thinking or outward fear and pleasure then this bliss cannot touch you as much.
It still touches you, but not as deeply. Still, slowly, it makes itself known more and more calling for your attention. And little by little you give up your distractions, your worries, your self importance and self destructive tendencies for the peace that permeates everything. Because it makes you feel alive in a way nothing else can. You begin to adjust your life around nurturing this bliss, from the food you eat, the activities you do, to the company you keep.
And then this bliss begins to appear in all aspects of life. You walk in bliss, you talk in bliss, you work in bliss. Bliss no longer becomes something you have, rather bliss simply is, radiating without cause or reason.
You become so transparent that there is only light. Blessings, Kip" "In meditation you are not moving in a linear line going from one place to another.
Rather you are moving deeper into this moment.
So the most important part of meditation, if you are practicing the path of awareness is to allow yourself to rest in this moment. To allow everything to be exactly as it is and relax into it and sink right through it. This sounds quite easy, but when you are constantly looking forward, trying to attain something trying to get somewhere, then when you actually try and rest in this moment, you are confronted with something that you want to escape.
It's like the closer you are to no separation you really feel that sense of separation the strongest. When you are busy looking forward in time or backwards in time then you have successfully escaped fully feeling separation. But the moment you give up this linear movement you are confronted with what is here. And then there is the need for complete surrender, to fully allow yourself to sink into feeling what is here.
To fully immerse yourself into what is here beyond the thoughts, the emotions, and the physical sensations.
There cannot be any looking for it to be a certain way.
You cannot look for there to be a payout.
But the moment you give up this constant urge to move forward towards something, and sink into this moment,
you are immersed in peace. And then the practice is to relax more and more into the depth of consciousness which exists outside of time.
To sink deeper and deeper into the eternal stillness of this moment that lies beneath all movement.
Blessings, Kip" Please Note: Please Note: My main teaching is for you to immerse yourself in Kundalini Shakti - the energy one naturally radiates in the highest states of enlightenment. I have found a way to turn Kundalini Shakti into sound So simply by listening to meditation music you effortlessly awaken to your natural state of unconditional peace, bliss and freedom.

Tape 5 (Continuation...) [You can see, when you...if the predominate energy vibration of their pain-body is anger and that person walks past, you can sense it coming, it's waiting for an excuse to externalize the anger.] And when you look into the eyes of a person possessed by a pain-body, you can see that the pain-body looks through their eyes at you. It's pure raw emotion and it wants some reaction from you. It loves a reaction. "Give me a reaction." |

Reflections of the One Life: Daily Pointers to Enlightenment by Scott Kiloby by BookSurge Publishing Paperback ~ release Date: 2009-08-10

July 4th Childlike Wonder Childlike wonder happens in the experiential realization that every thought and emotion and every other aspect of life arises spontaneously out of nothing. The heavy burden of me is seen to be unreal in this seeing. From the point of view of the false, separate self, thought measures back into past to claim, "I did that," and measures forward into future to claim, "I am going to do that." But look more closely. Even those thoughts arise spontaneously out of nothing. Are you bringing those thoughts about? In seeing that you are not the doer, there is a realization that you are being done, that life is being done. It is simply happening whether there is consent or resistance to the way it is happening. What you think you know is what stands in the way of this liberation. What you think you are in control of stands in the way of this liberation. As it is seen that the story you take to be "you" does not know or control anything, liberation is realized. This is childlike wonder. No separate self can achieve childlike wonder. The separate self is too busy dreaming that it has control and that it knows all the answers. Childlike wonder appears obscured by the mental movements of knowing and controlling. But even the thoughts that say "I know" and "I am in control" are happening spontaneously. Therefore, there is no obscuration. |

FACT: THERE IS NOTHING GREATER THAN CONSCIOUSNESS
RIGHT NOW, YOU ARE CONSCIOUS.
(Continuation...)
If there were no Consciousness functioning, it would be impossible to say there is anything. It couldn't be said there was a single flower, tree or mountain. There would be none of the riches on earth-not to mention the earth itself. It couldn't be said there was a moon, stars, or one speck of the entire universe. Without Consciousness first being conscious, simply nothing could be said to exist, not even Life Itself. In fact, one couldn't even be conscious of a nothingness!
Your consciousness of your world is all there is to your world.
The point is, nothing is greater than, or exists beyond Consciousness.
This isn't anything mystical. It's a fact.

Excerpts From "Being Our Companion: Exploring Self-Facilitation Through The Presence Process"
The Presence Portal |
| | Michael Brown |
(Continuation...)
We are therefore encouraged to facilitate our journey into self-discovery by asking ourselves questions like: - we willing to hear this truth being spoken, or do we react to it with the viciousness we know we host and use to inflict pain on others as a means to hide from our predicament?
- Does anyone in our experience go beyond their own fears to address the fear we harbor within our own heart?
- Are those in our midst who profess to be helping us, actually helping us, or are they only succeeding in saving us from helping ourselves?

Our True Body
(Continuation...)
Of course, into this openness, formulations arise that are appropriate responses to the current situation. They come from the situation itself and as a result they are hand-in-glove with it. One example of such a response may be a formulation about the nature of Reality. This formulation will be a provisional response to a question or a situation. However, when the situation vanishes, the response vanishes with it.

Chapter 83
The True Guru
Q: And what would happen to the energy, or the power in the Guru's words?
M: It would remain latent, unmanifested. But the entire question is based on misunderstanding. The master, the disciple, the love and trust between them, these are one fact, not so many independent facts. Each is a part of the other. Without love and trust there would have been no Guru nor disciple, and no relationship between them. It is like pressing a switch to light an electric lamp. It is because the lamp, the wiring, the switch, the transformer, the transmission lines and the powerhouse form a single whole, that you get the light. Any one factor missing and there would be no light. You must not separate the inseparable. Words do not create facts; they either describe them or distort. The fact is always non-verbal.
