The Path of Shakti
"If you really want to live in bliss, then half of the journey is awakening the shakti: the subtle energy current that runs through your body and beyond the body.
You sit with a fully enlightened teacher or you listen to The Infinite Sky CDs or The Calling CDs and Shakti is awakened in you.
The other half is attention.
You begin to feel this shakti as bliss, peace or love and you give your attention to it. You become aware of it's movement and through awareness you allow it to move freely through your body and awaken every particle of your being.
It's a very simple process, but it comes down to what you value.
If you value bliss, if you value unconditional love then you give your full attention to it, and you nurture it.
But if you value other things, if you place importance on your opinions, the content of your thinking or outward fear and pleasure then this bliss cannot touch you as much.
It still touches you, but not as deeply. Still, slowly, it makes itself known more and more calling for your attention. And little by little you give up your distractions, your worries, your self importance and self destructive tendencies for the peace that permeates everything. Because it makes you feel alive in a way nothing else can. You begin to adjust your life around nurturing this bliss, from the food you eat, the activities you do, to the company you keep.
And then this bliss begins to appear in all aspects of life. You walk in bliss, you talk in bliss, you work in bliss. Bliss no longer becomes something you have, rather bliss simply is, radiating without cause or reason.
You become so transparent that there is only light. Blessings, Kip" "In meditation you are not moving in a linear line going from one place to another.
Rather you are moving deeper into this moment.
So the most important part of meditation, if you are practicing the path of awareness is to allow yourself to rest in this moment. To allow everything to be exactly as it is and relax into it and sink right through it. This sounds quite easy, but when you are constantly looking forward, trying to attain something trying to get somewhere, then when you actually try and rest in this moment, you are confronted with something that you want to escape.
It's like the closer you are to no separation you really feel that sense of separation the strongest. When you are busy looking forward in time or backwards in time then you have successfully escaped fully feeling separation. But the moment you give up this linear movement you are confronted with what is here. And then there is the need for complete surrender, to fully allow yourself to sink into feeling what is here.
To fully immerse yourself into what is here beyond the thoughts, the emotions, and the physical sensations.
There cannot be any looking for it to be a certain way.
You cannot look for there to be a payout.
But the moment you give up this constant urge to move forward towards something, and sink into this moment,
you are immersed in peace. And then the practice is to relax more and more into the depth of consciousness which exists outside of time.
To sink deeper and deeper into the eternal stillness of this moment that lies beneath all movement.
Blessings, Kip" Please Note: Please Note: My main teaching is for you to immerse yourself in Kundalini Shakti - the energy one naturally radiates in the highest states of enlightenment. I have found a way to turn Kundalini Shakti into sound So simply by listening to meditation music you effortlessly awaken to your natural state of unconditional peace, bliss and freedom.

Tape 5 [They'll recognize...it's very unconscious of course...but they will recognize you and be drawn to you because they can feed on you and you can feed on them (chuckles).] And this is why some people are very unconscious - totally unconscious in their xxxx <unintelligible>. Still, there are many humans beings on this planet who are totally unconscious of this process. There are humans for whom the pain-body is not just a phenomenon that arises just once a week for an hour or two. There are people for whom the pain body is there ninety percent of the time and even a hundred for some people live...their whole identity is a painful sense of self - the me. |

July 2nd Criticism of others In criticizing another, no true understanding of the relationship can happen. You are imposing your interpretation of reality on the other. Awareness is looking through the filter of the false self. Hidden within your criticisms of others are unexamined ideas such as, "I am not happy with you. I cannot be fully at peace until you change. If you will simply do what I want you to do, I will love and accept you." This makes love conditional. Do you see the self-centeredness buried in that criticism? This self-centeredness is missed when the mind is busy pointing outward to the other. You do not see what is happening within. What is happening is a story of separation: me v. you. Non-duality is not about mentally concluding that there is no "self" and no "other." Those are just conclusions. Non-duality is a seeing. This includes seeing the whole relationship including the unconscious, personalized thoughts arising as you criticize the other. In presence, you are not looking through the filter of me v. you. You are not judging the person based on their past actions. You are not engaging in some thought of what you would like the person to be in the future. Unconditional love is only possible in this moment through awareness of the entire relationship including your thoughts and emotions about the other. It is then that the division between self and other is seen to be unreal. |

FACT: THERE IS NOTHING GREATER THAN CONSCIOUSNESS
RIGHT NOW, YOU ARE CONSCIOUS.
What exactly is this Consciousness that you now are?
Did you ever ask yourself what pure Consciousness is-entirely distinct from every thing you are conscious of?
What is true of pure Consciousness, all by Itself alone?
That is the theme of this book, and the best way to start is by first agreeing there is Consciousness. That's easy enough-and more importantly, it's undeniable. You never can say, "There is no Consciousness," because you must already be conscious in order to say it.
"Of course I'm conscious," the thought may come. "Why belabor such an obvious fact?"

It does not serve us at to resort to sympathy and to allow ourselves to wallow in our misconceptions about the real nature of our predicament. When it comes to an experience like heroine addiction, we are in the midst of a battle for our soul.

Our True Body

However, this identity of our Self with the Reality of all things is not an objective knowing. In this unknowing, simply the fact that there is something, that there is Being, that there is Consciousness, is the most extraordinary thing. In the light of this, walking on water or teleporting through space is no more remarkable than a speck of dust or the fly that has just landed on this table.

Chapter 82
Absolute Perfection is Here and Now.
(Continuation...)
Q: What does the real gain through its expression? M: What can it gain? Nothing whatsoever. But it is in the nature of love to express itself, to affirm itself, to overcome difficulties. Once you have understood that the world is love in action, you will look at it quite differently. But first your attitude to suffering must change. Suffering is primarily a call for attention, which itself is a movement of love. More than happiness, love wants growth, the widening and deepening of consciousness and being. Whatever prevents becomes a cause of pain and love does not shrink from pain. Sattva, the energy that works for righteousness and orderly development, must not be thwarted. When obstructed it turns against itself and becomes destructive. Whenever love is withheld and suffering allowed to spread, war becomes inevitable. Our indifference to our neighbor's sorrow brings suffering to our door. |
