(I'd like to offer a series of love poems for my Beloved Ramana. Please note that I refer to Him variously as Ram, Rama. and Ramana, as He is an embodiment of Divine Consciousness, ultimately without a name at all.)

Impersonal Attention
"If you close your eyes and stop thinking even for a second you will discover all that is here is impersonal attention.
So a good meditation technique is to keep your focus on this impersonal attention.
Which is really saying turn your attention back upon itself until you are clear enough about attention to simply rest as impersonal attention. If thoughts come, you simply keep your focus on this impersonal attention that is the back drop to all thinking. You never allow your attention to latch on to the thoughts and leave this moment, rather you remain steadfast in attention itself. Blessings, Kip" "In meditation you are not moving in a linear line going from one place to another.
Rather you are moving deeper into this moment.
So the most important part of meditation, if you are practicing the path of awareness is to allow yourself to rest in this moment. To allow everything to be exactly as it is and relax into it and sink right through it. This sounds quite easy, but when you are constantly looking forward, trying to attain something trying to get somewhere, then when you actually try and rest in this moment, you are confronted with something that you want to escape.
It's like the closer you are to no separation you really feel that sense of separation the strongest. When you are busy looking forward in time or backwards in time then you have successfully escaped fully feeling separation. But the moment you give up this linear movement you are confronted with what is here. And then there is the need for complete surrender, to fully allow yourself to sink into feeling what is here.
To fully immerse yourself into what is here beyond the thoughts, the emotions, and the physical sensations.
There cannot be any looking for it to be a certain way.
You cannot look for there to be a payout.
But the moment you give up this constant urge to move forward towards something, and sink into this moment,
you are immersed in peace. And then the practice is to relax more and more into the depth of consciousness which exists outside of time.
To sink deeper and deeper into the eternal stillness of this moment that lies beneath all movement.
Blessings, Kip" Please Note: Please Note: My main teaching is for you to immerse yourself in Kundalini Shakti - the energy one naturally radiates in the highest states of enlightenment. Tape 5 [At other times you will actively do something to provoke a partner to give you feedback of more emotional pain.] But even your very presence could be provocative. If the pain-body is active to you and the vicious circle is running between the story in your head and you're walking out on the street and you're walking into a shop just too innocent to buy a little paper or something and it may happen that the shopkeeper is also in the grip of the pain-body at that moment. And it's the likelihood that at that moment you will have an unpleasant interaction, for some reason, with the shopkeeper is very, very high because even if you say nothing, pain-bodies can sense each other. And that is amazing when you watch it. |

Reflections of the One Life: Daily Pointers to Enlightenment by Scott Kiloby by BookSurge Publishing Paperback ~ release Date: 2009-08-10

June 30th The One and the many Oneness includes the many. Non-duality is not only a realization of the formless realm or non-conceptual awareness, but also a recognition that form is none other than formlessness. Form includes people, jobs, relationships, ideas, feelings and all other things. So what is the difference between living life as a separate self and living life from non-dual realization? The only real difference is that instead of believing that you are a person separate from the rest of life, there is a recognition that what you are in the deepest sense is an unnamable presence. That presence is also the essence of everything you see. In that way, what you are is not separate from the rest of life. This seeing reveals a natural compassion, love, peace, and joy. Your very essence is spacious awareness. This spacious awareness is prior to the story of being a separate person. But don't let the realization stay there. See that the nothingness of awareness is appearing as absolutely everything. As soon as the mind starts to associate non-duality only with nothingness, it is holding onto an idea about non-duality. That is not non-duality. Although the word "non-duality" is an idea, it is pointing to reality itself. In reality, form and formlessness are not two. The One is appearing as the many. Don't try to grasp that intellectually. Look to where the words are pointing in your direct experience. |

Our True Body
(Continuation...)
What has been stated so far could be formulated simply as, 'I', the subject, experiences 'it' or 'that,' the object. It is the common view of experience. What is not so common is to see clearly that we do not in fact know what anything truly is. We do not know the real nature of experience. We know nothing objective for certain.

Excerpts From "Being Our Companion: Exploring Self-Facilitation Through The Presence Process"
The Presence Portal |
| | Michael Brown |
(Continuation...)
Even though we are now an adult, we are not to think of our child self as being somewhere in the past. It is only in the past when we perceive it from a linear, time-based perspective. Our child self is still alive and living within our heart. It is our heart. It is not back there; it is within us now. It is therefore into ourselves we journey to release this fear. Our own heart holds the key to our liberation from this fearful experience. We are being called upon by this fear to bring unity to our own heart. Accomplishing this dissolves our nightmares. Accomplishing this transforms the fear into a divine messenger.

 | | Ivan | Appendix II (Continued... Even with reactivation of just the third strand, the human race will make an enormous evolutionary leap. Distance healing, telepathy, remote sensing, and so on will be commonly used to alter and shape ourselves. We will be awake, aware, living in consciousness and universal love. We are powerful beyond our imagination. We need to let go of the fear of this power and start awakening to our full potential. Then the possibilities will be endless. | | Thought |
Because our human consciousness and divine consciousness are fundamentally the same, we have within us the potential for the birth of a new kind of human. We have the possibility of witnessing something magnificent ╤the conscious birthing of a new humanity from our own being |

Chapter 82
Absolute Perfection is Here and Now.
(Continuation...)
Q: How can action born from imperfection lead to perfection? M: Action does not lead to perfection, perfection is expressed in action. As long as you judge yourself by your expressions, give them utmost attention; when you realize your own being, your behavior will be perfect-spontaneously. |

 From Above...
(Jordan highlights or comments on quotes from the teachings above |
Michael Brown: "...to place our attention on where and how this fearful frequency is manifesting in this life, and to work with this manifestation of the fear, here and now.
This enables us to track this fear energetically to the causal point of the experience imprinted ('emotional signature') into our child self in this life. +++++
Nisargadatta: "The shape things take is not within your power; the motives of your actions are." |
