(I'd like to offer a series of love poems for my Beloved Ramana. Please note that I refer to Him variously as Ram, Rama. and Ramana, as He is an embodiment of Divine Consciousness, ultimately without a name at all.)

Impersonal Attention
"If you close your eyes and stop thinking even for a second you will discover all that is here is impersonal attention.
So a good meditation technique is to keep your focus on this impersonal attention.
Which is really saying turn your attention back upon itself until you are clear enough about attention to simply rest as impersonal attention. If thoughts come, you simply keep your focus on this impersonal attention that is the back drop to all thinking. You never allow your attention to latch on to the thoughts and leave this moment, rather you remain steadfast in attention itself. Blessings, Kip" "In meditation you are not moving in a linear line going from one place to another.
Rather you are moving deeper into this moment.
So the most important part of meditation, if you are practicing the path of awareness is to allow yourself to rest in this moment. To allow everything to be exactly as it is and relax into it and sink right through it. This sounds quite easy, but when you are constantly looking forward, trying to attain something trying to get somewhere, then when you actually try and rest in this moment, you are confronted with something that you want to escape.
It's like the closer you are to no separation you really feel that sense of separation the strongest. When you are busy looking forward in time or backwards in time then you have successfully escaped fully feeling separation. But the moment you give up this linear movement you are confronted with what is here. And then there is the need for complete surrender, to fully allow yourself to sink into feeling what is here.
To fully immerse yourself into what is here beyond the thoughts, the emotions, and the physical sensations.
There cannot be any looking for it to be a certain way.
You cannot look for there to be a payout.
But the moment you give up this constant urge to move forward towards something, and sink into this moment,
you are immersed in peace. And then the practice is to relax more and more into the depth of consciousness which exists outside of time.
To sink deeper and deeper into the eternal stillness of this moment that lies beneath all movement.
Blessings, Kip" Please Note: Please Note: My main teaching is for you to immerse yourself in Kundalini Shakti - the energy one naturally radiates in the highest states of enlightenment. Tape 5 [What is pretending to be you is a mental-emotional pattern with which you're completely identified.] And it feeds on thinking, as most of you know, and once it's active in you, you will easily provoke others. Even by your mere presence sometimes. At other times you will actively do something to provoke a partner to give you feedback of more emotional pain. |

June 29th Distractions Notice what appears to distract you away from the present moment. Thought takes off on a line of thinking and, before you know it, you are reliving mentally and emotionally something that happened five minutes ago or five years ago. You are cleaning the kitchen counter and thought gets distracted into what is going to happen later in the day or tomorrow. You are driving down the road and some guy pulls in front of you. After you pass him, thought continues to tell the story for miles down the road about how rude and disrespectful that guy is. Notice that what you take to be distractions are really just movements of thought. These movements arise and fall in presence, which is what you truly are. In simply noticing the thought, there is a recognition of this presence. It is seen that thought arises from and is not separate from that presence. This reveals that there is really no such thing as a distraction. There is only ever awareness and the appearances of awareness. |

Our True Body
(Continuation...)
The fact that there is experience also tells us that there is something that is being experienced, that something is present. This something is the objective element in every experience. It is everything that is not 'me,' not 'I,' not Consciousness. We refer to it as 'that' or 'it.' We may not know what this 'something' is, yet there is no doubt that something is being experienced. It may be an illusion, a dream or a hallucination, and yet still it is something. It has Existence. It has Being. It has Reality.

Excerpts From "Being Our Companion: Exploring Self-Facilitation Through The Presence Process"
The Presence Portal |

(Continuation...)
Our addiction is always an act of self-medication; by using heroine we are sedating ourselves as a means to control this fearful resonance. Our only hope of overcoming fear is by transcending our belief in separation through an experience of unification. Unification is only available NOW, in the present moment. The connected breathing is an opportunity for us to lay the foundation for this experience. Our task now, through the breathing and the present moment awareness it empowers us to accumulate, is to place our attention on where and how this fearful frequency is manifesting in this life, and to work with this manifestation of the fear, here and now. This enables us to track this fear energetically to the causal point of the experience imprinted into our child self in this life.

At first, scientists believed it to be a useless leftover from the process of evolution. hin our DNA. Integration of the third strand is already happening globally, with more children being born with this strand active. Adults are also awakening from three-dimensional to multidimensional reality, which imparts heightened intelligence and expanded psychic ability. This first stage of our cellular genetic mutation, consisting of this third strand phenomenon, is just the beginning of multi-strand RNA-DNA integration. |

Chapter 82
Absolute Perfection is Here and Now.
(Continuation...)
[Disregard whatever you think yourself to be and act as if you were absolutely perfect-whatever your idea of perfection may be. All you need is courage.] Q: Where do I find such courage? M: In yourself, of course. Look within. Q: Your grace will help. M: My grace is telling you now; look within. All you need you have. Use it. Behave as best you know, do what you think you should. Don't be afraid of mistakes; you can always correct them, only intentions matter. The shape things take is not within your power; the motives of your actions are. |
