Flawless (5/28/11)
By Ana Ram Callan
(I'd like to offer a series of love poems for my Beloved Ramana. Please note that I refer to Him variously as Ram, Rama. and Ramana, as He is an embodiment of Divine Consciousness, ultimately without a name at all.)

Impersonal Attention
"If you close your eyes and stop thinking even for a second you will discover all that is here is impersonal attention.
So a good meditation technique is to keep your focus on this impersonal attention.
Which is really saying turn your attention back upon itself until you are clear enough about attention to simply rest as impersonal attention. If thoughts come, you simply keep your focus on this impersonal attention that is the back drop to all thinking. You never allow your attention to latch on to the thoughts and leave this moment, rather you remain steadfast in attention itself. Blessings, Kip" "In meditation you are not moving in a linear line going from one place to another.
Rather you are moving deeper into this moment.
So the most important part of meditation, if you are practicing the path of awareness is to allow yourself to rest in this moment. To allow everything to be exactly as it is and relax into it and sink right through it. This sounds quite easy, but when you are constantly looking forward, trying to attain something trying to get somewhere, then when you actually try and rest in this moment, you are confronted with something that you want to escape.
It's like the closer you are to no separation you really feel that sense of separation the strongest. When you are busy looking forward in time or backwards in time then you have successfully escaped fully feeling separation. But the moment you give up this linear movement you are confronted with what is here. And then there is the need for complete surrender, to fully allow yourself to sink into feeling what is here.
To fully immerse yourself into what is here beyond the thoughts, the emotions, and the physical sensations.
There cannot be any looking for it to be a certain way.
You cannot look for there to be a payout.
But the moment you give up this constant urge to move forward towards something, and sink into this moment,
you are immersed in peace. And then the practice is to relax more and more into the depth of consciousness which exists outside of time.
To sink deeper and deeper into the eternal stillness of this moment that lies beneath all movement.
Blessings, Kip" Please Note: Please Note: My main teaching is for you to immerse yourself in Kundalini Shakti - the energy one naturally radiates in the highest states of enlightenment. Tape 5 [In other words, you become a very unhappy entity.....on the planet. With great heaviness and great emanation of unhappiness]. And you are forced - because of complete identification - you are trapped in that cycle in which the pain-body, the old emotional pain and energetic entity, one could almost say, in you, feeds on your mind. And the mind - every negative thought gives fuel to the emotion so it adds to the pain body. |

June 26th Waking up from the movie of ego Imagine you are in a theater watching a movie. It's a suspense thriller. You have attached emotionally to the main character. You have seen the struggles the character has been through. You identify with her story. You are on the edge of your seat, waiting desperately to see how it all ends - to see the grand finale when everyone lives happily ever after. When the movie ends, you know it is not real and that it never was. You are able to walk away, liberated from attachment to the movie. The personal story of me is much like a movie. You have an unsatisfactory past. You are seeking the future to bring some release of that dissatisfaction. The pointers in this book are about the possibility of waking up from the movie of "me." It is much like sitting back in your chair at the theater and realizing, "This is just a movie. It is not real." In that relaxation, the present moment is realized to be the only true reality. The sense of a "separate me" with all of its suffering and searching in time is seen to be a script in the mind. What is left is unconditional love and unbounded freedom. It is then realized that completion is already here in this moment. There was never anything to seek. |

Our True Body
(Continuation...)
[Consciousness becomes something, then nothing, then everything, and yet always remains itself.] Consciousness is known as the perceived, then the perceiver, then the perceiving, and yet throughout this process, Consciousness remains always only itself. Consciousness never goes anywhere. Consciousness never becomes anything. There is only Consciousness, there is only Being, which simultaneously creates, witnesses, expresses and experiences itself in every experience we have.

For of us all only one fear exists. It may wear many faces and manifest in varying intensities. Fear is the energetic dysfunction propagating the belief in separation from our Source, hence from ourselves, from everybody and everything. Fear is the illusory experience of separation. That is all it is. |

 | | Ivan | Appendix II (Continued... RNA, or ribonucleic acid, reads the embedded code of DNA and communicates it to the cell. RNA determines how the cell functions by deciding which information to choose from DNA and which cells will receive the information. Our physical, mental, and emotional health depend upon the reading capacity of our RNA. Destabilization of RNA causes errors in translation, leading to illness. RNA can be affected by mental and emotional influences as well as electromagnetic or chemical pollutants. Post-modern science has been increasingly paying attention to and even demonstrating what great spiritual leaders have long known: we can influence our body, and therefore our health, through consciousness. It's quite obvious that each cell is one unit of consciousness and that all our cells are interconnected, each of them manifestation | | Thought |
s of a single universal consciousness. Any change in our awareness affects our cellular consciousness, which restructures genes, thus activating certain chemical reactions that alter physical structure. The change in consciousness occurs on physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels, which manifests as a DNA alteration. |

Chapter 82
Absolute Perfection is Here and Now.
(Continuation...)
Q: Why don't you take part in social work?
M: But I am doing nothing else all the time! And what is the social work you want me to do? Patchwork is not for me. My stand is clear: produce to distribute, feed before you eat, give before you take, think of others, before you think of yourself. Only a selfless society based on sharing can be stable and happy. This is the only practical solution. If you do not want it-fight.
