(I'd like to offer a series of love poems for my Beloved Ramana. Please note that I refer to Him variously as Ram, Rama. and Ramana, as He is an embodiment of Divine Consciousness, ultimately without a name at all.)

Impersonal Attention
"If you close your eyes and stop thinking even for a second you will discover all that is here is impersonal attention.
So a good meditation technique is to keep your focus on this impersonal attention.
Which is really saying turn your attention back upon itself until you are clear enough about attention to simply rest as impersonal attention. If thoughts come, you simply keep your focus on this impersonal attention that is the back drop to all thinking. You never allow your attention to latch on to the thoughts and leave this moment, rather you remain steadfast in attention itself. Blessings, Kip" "In meditation you are not moving in a linear line going from one place to another.
Rather you are moving deeper into this moment.
So the most important part of meditation, if you are practicing the path of awareness is to allow yourself to rest in this moment. To allow everything to be exactly as it is and relax into it and sink right through it. This sounds quite easy, but when you are constantly looking forward, trying to attain something trying to get somewhere, then when you actually try and rest in this moment, you are confronted with something that you want to escape.
It's like the closer you are to no separation you really feel that sense of separation the strongest. When you are busy looking forward in time or backwards in time then you have successfully escaped fully feeling separation. But the moment you give up this linear movement you are confronted with what is here. And then there is the need for complete surrender, to fully allow yourself to sink into feeling what is here.
To fully immerse yourself into what is here beyond the thoughts, the emotions, and the physical sensations.
There cannot be any looking for it to be a certain way.
You cannot look for there to be a payout.
But the moment you give up this constant urge to move forward towards something, and sink into this moment,
you are immersed in peace. And then the practice is to relax more and more into the depth of consciousness which exists outside of time.
To sink deeper and deeper into the eternal stillness of this moment that lies beneath all movement.
Blessings, Kip" Please Note: Please Note: My main teaching is for you to immerse yourself in Kundalini Shakti - the energy one naturally radiates in the highest states of enlightenment. Tape 5 [And the egoic entity, a large part of the egoic entity is pain body.] So, that's why, the moment you're trapped in this vicious circle of pain-body and mind activity, it is a form of - one could say -addiction, to pain. An addiction to emotional pain. In other words, at that moment you don't want to get out. No way.

June 24th Accumulated negative energy in the body In the unconscious state, attachment to painful stories of past creates an accumulation of negative energy within the body. This accumulation is essentially stored negative mental and emotional energy lying dormant within your mind and body. The story associated with this negative energy can be based in childhood abuse or trauma, bad relationships or marriages, a victim mentality, or any number of other stories. The energy tends to arise when you entertain that past or in relationships with people with whom you have a history of conflict. Nothing needs to be done about this accumulated energy except a noticing of the space in the inner body and mind that is naturally aware of the energy as it arises. This space is naturally open to any feelings of fear, frustration, sadness, loneliness, or anger that arise and the corresponding stories that accompany the emotions. In this conscious space, this accumulated energy is allowed to arise without trying to neutralize, analyze or escape it. Awareness has no agenda towards the energy. Only the mind seeks to neutralize, analyze and escape it. Awareness simply allows whatever arises to be just as it is. This is total acceptance. This acceptance releases the energy, revealing the awake, naturally peaceful presence that is the source of the energy. |

Our True Body
(Continuation...)
[In disidentifying itself from the object, it realises itself as the subject. It realises itself as nothing, as empty. That is, it realises that it is not an object, not a 'thing.'] As it reconsiders the object from the position of the subject, it realises that the subject - that is, itself - goes into the make of the object. It realises itself as everything. This condition could be called Love. It is the natural state in which the nothingness of the witness is liberated from any objectivity or limitation and realises itself to be the very substance of everything. Consciousness knows itself as everything.

When we stop sedating the fear we are experiencing right now by abstaining from drug use, and when we instead ground ourselves in the here and now and allow ourselves to feel this fear, we discover the repeating experience leaking through in our dreamtime as the nightmares that we are equating with our past lives, is the exact same resonance of fear repeatedly driving us into our addictive experience. |

 | | Ivan | Appendix II (Continued... In the early 1980s, a team of scientists demonstrated that the cells of all living beings emit photons of biological origin, or bio-photons, and that the source of this photon emission is DNA. The wavelength at which the DNA emits these photons corresponds exactly to the narrow band of light that's visible. DNA emits photons with such regularity that researchers compare this phenomenon to an "ultra-weak laser," with the sensation of bright colors, a luminescence, and an impression of holographic depth. | | Thought |
As our cells change in response to our growing enlightenment, they are able to attract and hold more light. So there's a quickening of the vibratory rate within each cell. With the simplicity of infinite consciousness embedded in our crystalline cellular structure, we can truly be "light beings." |

Chapter 82
Absolute Perfection is Here and Now.
(Continuation...)
Q: The war is on and there is chaos and you are being asked to take charge of a feeding center. You are given what is needed; it is only a question of getting though the job. Will you refuse it?
M: To work, or not to work, is one and the same to me. I may take charge, or may not. There may be others, better endowed for such tasks, then I am-professional caterers for instance. But my attitude is different. I do not look at death as a calamity, as I do not rejoice at the birth of a child. The child is out for trouble while the dead is out of it. Attachment to life is attachment to sorrow. We love what gives us pain. Such is our nature.
For me the moment of death will be a moment of jubilation, not of fear. I cried when I was born and I shall die laughing.
