(I'd like to offer a series of love poems for my Beloved Ramana. Please note that I refer to Him variously as Ram, Rama. and Ramana, as He is an embodiment of Divine Consciousness, ultimately without a name at all.)

The Depth of Consciousness
"In meditation you are not moving in a linear line going from one place to another.
Rather you are moving deeper into this moment.
So the most important part of meditation, if you are practicing the path of awareness is to allow yourself to rest in this moment. To allow everything to be exactly as it is and relax into it and sink right through it. This sounds quite easy, but when you are constantly looking forward, trying to attain something trying to get somewhere, then when you actually try and rest in this moment, you are confronted with something that you want to escape.
It's like the closer you are to no separation you really feel that sense of separation the strongest. When you are busy looking forward in time or backwards in time then you have successfully escaped fully feeling separation. But the moment you give up this linear movement you are confronted with what is here. And then there is the need for complete surrender, to fully allow yourself to sink into feeling what is here.
To fully immerse yourself into what is here beyond the thoughts, the emotions, and the physical sensations.
There cannot be any looking for it to be a certain way.
You cannot look for there to be a payout.
But the moment you give up this constant urge to move forward towards something, and sink into this moment,
you are immersed in peace. And then the practice is to relax more and more into the depth of consciousness which exists outside of time.
To sink deeper and deeper into the eternal stillness of this moment that lies beneath all movement.
Blessings, Kip" Please Note: Please Note: My main teaching is for you to immerse yourself in Kundalini Shakti - the energy one naturally radiates in the highest states of enlightenment. [And once you see that, it's not surprising how mad human history is, how so much senseless nonsense, violence.]
So, it's important to believe the interpretations you believe in and then occasionally, when the pain body awakens, those mind structures become empowered, energized even more. The sense-of-self, the strong very heavy sense of 'Me', is derived from the emotion that is coupled with the thought. And then the vicious cycle is established between your pain body and your thought processes.

June 20th Identification with thought Thought is not bad. It is a natural and beautiful expression of awareness. Suffering and searching occur when there is identification with thought. This identification creates the sense of a separate self. The separate self is nothing more than energy within the body and mind that focuses on and contracts around the thoughts that arise. The result is repetitive, unnecessary thinking, most of which revolves around a story of "me." This story consists of essentially three thought realms: the past, the future, and resistance to now. The sense of separation is kept alive by continuously identifying with thoughts within these three realms. The separate self is a story about how the past is unsatisfactory. The past is "me." The sense of separation is further fueled through resistance to what is happening now and through seeking some future moment when life will be better. Spiritual awakening is not found in the future. It is a present seeing that the story of the time-bound, thought based me is not real. That seeing can only take place right now because time itself is part of the story. In this present realization, the energy behind the me story releases. The mind quiets on its own. Peace and freedom are realized to be natural attributes of presence. Thoughts still arise but they are no longer identified with. |

Our True Body
(Continuation...)
[In this way Consciousness reabsorbs the body, the mind and the world into itself.] Even that formulation is not quite right, because it suggests that an object has somehow come from outside and has appeared within Consciousness, that Consciousness takes the object into itself. However, Consciousness is there first, before the appearance of any object. The very first experience we ever had as a newborn infant was experienced by this very Consciousness that is present now, seeing these words. Of course, it does not make sense to say 'before,' because when there are no objects there is no time, but we have to accept this limitation of language.

There is therefore no point in attempting to access our past lives to resolve the uncomfortable experiences we are encounter NOW. The emotional resonance crouching behind any uncomfortable experience we carry now is stored in our emotional body; the causal point at which authentic resolution is to be achieved. In the present moment our past lives are irrelevant. Many of us may of course disagree, but this is because we are still operating from a time-based paradigm, instead of a perspective born of present moment awareness. |

This is regulated simply by changing the angle at which light from a laser strikes a piece of photographic film. Likewise, as humans we have the capacity to retrieve all the information generated since the birth of the universe. Because we are each manifestations of the infinite universe, we can do this simply | | Thought |
by changing the angle from which we perceive and experience ourselves. As the East has long upheld, the material world is maya, which means an "illusion." Although we may imagine ourselves as just physical beings having experiences in a physical world, this is all part of the illusion. |

Absolute Perfection is Here and Now.

Q: Have you no problems?
M: I do have problems, I told you already. To be, to exist with a name and form is painful, yet I love it.
Q: But you love everything!
M: In existence everything is contained. My very nature is to love; even the painful is lovable.
