Government Funded WHS Training
Businesses can now take advantage of free Work Health and Safety (WHS) training courses for their workers. The joint Australian and State Government initiative with selected industry organisations are currently providing partially or fully funded training as part of the "Skilling Australia for the Future initiative". WHS training is one of the selected government priority occupational qualifications which are eligible for funding.
The following OHS training courses are available -

Diploma of Occupational Health and Safety
Advanced Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety
This is a good time to look at up-skilling your workforce with the planned changes to WHS legislation as part of the national Harmonisation of WHS laws which are due to come into effect at the end of this year.
