John's pick of the week!

I'm John Jones, Director of the Community Services Department. This is our eighteenth edition of the Torrance eNEWSLETTER, another way to find out what's happening in the great City of Torrance. Each week I'll give you my picks of what you and your family can do in Torrance.
Don't miss the Friends of the Torrance Library Paperback Book Sale at the Katy Geissert Civic Center Library on Saturday, January 21 at 9:00 AM. This sale will offer a great selection of encyclopedias, reference materials, children's books, and thousands of titles on a vast array of topics! All at bargain prices! Records, CDs, cassette tapes, VHS tapes, and DVDs too! All items sold are donations, and all money raised goes to benefit the programs and services at the Torrance Public Library. Read more...
