John's pick of the week!

I'm John Jones, Director of the Community Services Department.  This is our sixteenth edition of the Torrance eNEWSLETTER, another way to find out what's happening in the great City of Torrance.  Each week I'll give you my picks of what you and your family can do in Torrance.

Mark your calendar!  On January 13 - February 11, 2012, the Torrance Theatre Company will present THE COMPLETE WORKS OF SHAKESPEARE (ABRIDGED) - an irreverent, Winter fast-paced romp through the Bard's play, all in 97 minutes!  Read more...

There are so many great things planned for our community this week, so choosing one was just too hard.  So I've decided to give you my top five...  We hope you join us today, as we continue to "Create and Enrich the Community through People, Programs and Partnerships!"
