Spirit, it's important!
I have been getting the message lately to focus more on spirit and spirituality and not to get too wrapped up in material illusions. This can be a challenge since we are here in this earth world and, as my friend Lauren E. Miller says, "in this earth suit." In these times of transition and shifting it is even more important to remember that we are spirit, with a body, but our essence is the spirit, not the body. When life seems challenging, I find it helpful to remember this and hopefully you will too!
