Gratitude!
Lately, the importance of gratitude has been coming and I have realized that it is all too easy to focus on what we don't have whether that is physical or material. Since November is the month in which Thanksgiving falls, I am challenging myself with the task of daily giving thanks for everything that I have: a wonderful home, incredible family, wonderful friends, health, abundance and more! I hope you will join me. We can all become more satisfied with all of the wonderful things, people and we experiences we all have!
