Greetings!Happy New Year! This beginning of a new year is like a blank canvas inviting us to choose - from an endless array of vibrant possibilities - what we most desire to create. What most appeals to you for 2012? What scenes do you envision taking shape on this year's canvas? Do you intend experiences of more authentic love, joy, or creativity? How about abundance, health, fitness, strength, peace, hope, clarity, wisdom, or playfulness?  Yoga practice effectively cultivates each of these - and even more. As we consistently show up on our yoga mats, we begin to experience these qualities throughout our lives to increasingly greater degrees. I recognize that the idea of practicing downward facing dog as a way to increase peace in your life, deepening into triangle pose as a way to enhance your creativity, or spending time in a warrior pose in order to gain greater power and clarity doesn't automatically make sense. This is why I invite you to experience the reality of these processes for yourself. Yoga is a fitness regimen unlike any other. Yes, your body will become stronger, more flexible, leaner, and better balanced and coordinated. Yet the benefits do not stop there! Your spirit, heart, and mind simultaneously become more fit, too. Join us to develop a fit body, sound mind, intuitive heart, and peaceful spirit.
Although we were founded in November 2010, it was not until October 2011 that we began offering regularly scheduled classes.
Thank you to each and every one of you in this community that we are building together! Thank you for your participation and all of the enthusiastic positive feedback you have given us these past three months.
