DO-ing Lenovo's DO Machine

Once again, Big Kahuna Imagineering is proud to stand behind leading experiential marketing agency Play Communication in its latest collaboration with tech-giant Lenovo — 'The Dream Realisation Project'.

This project represents the largest integrated brand campaign executed by Lenovo in Australia and New Zealand that centres on an experiential installation. As business travelers and holidaymakers alike step off their planes in Melbourne this month, they practically can't miss this compelling piece of bespoke engineering built in the Big Kahuna workshop that inspires them to realise their dreams with help from the new range of Lenovo computing tools.

Pledge to Quit

Naked Communications

In the lead up to World No Tobacco Day, Nicabate® developed Pledge to Quit, a campaign which attempted to set an Australian record for the largest number of people pledging to quit smoking.

To help convey Nicabate's message, the innovative and imaginative team at Naked Communications asked Big Kahuna to build call-to-action props that would capture the attention of passing city-dwellers.  The final result truly exemplified the Big Kahuna Brand.

For the Love of Music

XYZ Networks

Big Kahuna recently built a branded sign for Channel V that was in keeping with their "For the Love of Music" campaign.

Smashing criteria like "transportable" and "lightweight" out of the water, our team built a seemingly solid, 2 x 2.5m wooden frame that could be lifted by a single punter and packed down to bicycle size.  Being able to disassemble the sign to fit into several bike boxes makes the transport logistics a breeze since they can be flown on any domestic flight — ideal for flying from music fest to music fest!

The sign debuted at Splendour in the Grass at the start of August.  And is expected to pop up around the country as festival season gets into gear.

Woolies Shopping Bag

M&C Saatchi

Big Kahuna Imagineering packed this Woolworth's shopping bag with "value" for their latest advertising efforts led by M&C Saatchi.

We were given four words and phrases to fill the bag with including "Value", "Sausages", "We need milk" and "See you later"; which we first created in clear acrylic and later painted.  To keep the words in place while still allowing some flexibility, Big Kahuna used a semi-adjustable armature hidden in the bottom of the bag.
