PARENT ASSOCIATION NEWS Have you been at WSOC long enough to remember The Parent Press??? We'd like to revive this publication as a newsletter by and for our parent community. With a goal of publishing several issues this year, we're hoping to feature writing, photography, and other creative expressions from our parent body. We would love to feature pieces on personal or family news, book reviews, lunchbox ideas and healthy recipes, notices of performances by students and community members. Other ideas include articles about class projects, field trip experiences and other magical happenings on and about the WSOC campus.
If you'd like to contribute to this effort, please contact Lili Traband at ltraband562@charter.net (mother of Elsa in grade 4) as she has volunteered to be our point person for the newsletter. She can't wait to hear from you!
