THANK YOU FROM THE 8TH GRADE

Grade 8 Promotion

Although they are on their class trip through Oregon, Idaho, Wyoming, Montana, and Utah (including Yellowstone!), they wanted to send words of gratitude for the community's support of their class.  Your purchases of hot lunch, their services offered at Festivals, and water bottles has helped this trip to be great and memorable for them, as they spend their last week as a class with Ms. Christiane.  They'll never forget the trip and the community who supported them.  Another thank you is in order for everyone who came to their heartfelt and well-attended promotion last weekend. That meant a lot to them too!  They are sending in pictures throughout their adventure, which are now posted in the office.

CONGRATULATIONS

DAILY PILOT CUP TEAM

Our 5th and 6th Grade Soccer Team advanced to the semi-final this year through their amazing possession style of play.  In an epic and heartfelt battle played against St. John on Saturday, they came up just 1 goal short, after such a battle every fan was up on their feet.  The team was down 4 - 2 at halftime, and dominated the second half to score 2 more goals, while only giving up 1.  It is worth noting that we were the only co-ed team competing in the boy's division.  We also had the most lively fan support of any of the competition we met.  The wide-angle lens barely captured everyone who was there to cheer on

the team in true WSOC fashion.

Congratulations Team and Coach Wolfgang.
