Need Some Holiday Gift Ideas? Consider Giving the Gift of a Healthy Environment
With the help of our supporters who honored loved ones with a planting in their name last year, the Group expanded its 2010 Planting & Habitat Restoration Program. One hundred and eighty-one participants (from toddlers to adults) volunteered their time to restore degraded habitat and plant native gardens this year. A total of nine projects were completed throughout the East End.
We can send a planting certificate and membership card to anyone on your holiday gift list. What could be more long-lasting than the gift of a healthy environment?
