Like the song says, it truly is the most wonderful time of the year...a time for remembering but also a time for new beginnings.

| The Evolution of an Office Chair | |
What does your mattress and your office chair have in common? Next to your mattress, where you spend 1/3 of your life, you could conceivably spend close to 1/3 of your working life in your office chair. To that end, it is a wise investment for one to have a good mattress and a good office chair. Sleep well, work well.
We understand this very well at Sawyers & Jacobs where our humble beginnings included Costco folding chairs for our first six weeks of business. We later upgraded to Office Depot office chairs. Not bad but not designed for long hours at one's desk. Thanks to a successful year, here comes Santa Claus with our dream chairs, Herman Miller Aeron PostureFit chairs, for all team members.

| New Employee Only Lasts One Day | |
Nepotism is alive and well at Sawyers & Jacobs as Tate Sawyers was on board for a day of work. After an eager start, he spent the majority of the day snoozing under Jimmy's desk, so he was fired after just one day on the job. His typing skills were inferior too. Here's to better hiring decisions in the new year.
