New Product!
From Nina's Red Barn Farm, local MUSHROOMS!

This month Nina is bringing VERY locally sourced mushrooms from Two Pond Farm of West Milford. There are small and large jars of Marinated Wild Hen-of-the-Woods (Maitake) Mushrooms. These are marinated in extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, salt, mace, oregano and pepper.

When Nina got home from the January Farmer's Market she toasted and buttered a slice of Janet's bread and added a slab of Fontanarosa's mozzarella and topped it off with marinated mushrooms- 30 seconds in the microwave-YUM!

Nina will also have some bags of Two Pond Farm's Dried Organic Wild-Hen-in-the-Woods (Maitake) Mushrooms. Placed in a bowl of hot water for 5 minutes to re-hydrate use the mushrooms in any dish and preserve the 'shroom liquid for a risotto!
