 The Royal LePage Shelter Foundation National Garage Sale was on May 14th . The weather co-operated and we raised over $4500 and once again saw some interesting items.

Condos selling faster in 2011 than in 2010
Although the economy's recovery remains a work in progress, 2010 was a busy year for condominium sales in Calgary.
According to Calgary Real Estate Board (CREB) statistics, nearly 5,200 MLS condo sales took place last year, with the average sale price about $263,065.

Just like the weather, our Spring Real Estate market is arriving late! Now that we're finally getting some nicer weather, real estate activity has picked up for both the number of listings and the number sales.
April stats show a bit of slower month but the trend so far in May is showing a slight increase over last year.
