Greetings!
"Spring is coming...OK...on the calendar it is but not the weather outside yet."...interesting that I wrote that I wrote that last month...and it's still that way as we received more snow in Calgary this weekend!
This week we will be delivering the donations for the Spring Clothing Drive for the Children's Cottage Society. For more information please see the flyer. If you'd like me to pick up donations please contact me. The Royal LePage Shelter Foundation National Garage Sale is coming...May 14th. It will be at our office located at 430, 7220 Fisher Street S.E. It is time to start collecting your excess items as you do your Spring Cleaning and we will sell them at the Garage Sale with all proceeds going to the Children's Cottage Society. Calgary's Housing Market Recovery Driven by Single Family Home Sales
According to figures released today by CREB® (Calgary Real Estate Board), Calgary Metro sales remained at levels similar to the first quarter of 2010. Improved sales in the single family market have largely been offset by declining sales in the condominium market, indicating that the gradual recovery will continue to be driven by the single family market for the better portion of the year.

Murray was a delight to work with. He was extremely patient in every property we viewed. Murray was prompt and reliable in returning calls and emails. The entire process went very smooth and if we were not happy...he was not happy. Murray went above and beyond to be sure that we were perfectly and entirely satisfied. After the sale and we were moverd in, Murray called and came to visit to be be sure that we were happy and had any questions.
As long as Murray is in real estate I will without a doubt be using him in all my future purchases. I have strongly recommended Murray to all my family and friends. Murray also was my sister-in-laws Realtor and she also had a pleasent and satisfying experience as a first time home buyer.
Thankyou Murray for all your hard work and patience.
