Greetings!

Spring is coming...OK...on the calendar it is but not the weather outside yet.

Children's Cottage SocietyWhat that means is that The Royal LePage Shelter Foundation National Garage Sale is coming...May 14th.  It will be at our office located at 430, 7220 Fisher Street S.E.
It is time to start collecting your excess items as you do your Spring Cleaning and we will sell them at the Garage Sale with all proceeds going to the Children's Cottage Society.  Contact me as I can pick up items anytime as we have a storage area so I'd be more than happy to get them out of your way quickly.

We are also having a Spring Clothing Drive for the Children's Cottage Society in April.  For more information please see the flyer.

If you are considering renovating in preparation to sell go to this very helpful link to give you an idea of what your expected return can be.

In the next 2 weeks you may know of someone who is looking to sell or buy a home.
I'd really appreciate it if you would tell them about your experience working with me as I'd love to help them, too.
Have a great day!

Testimonial

Murray gave us excellent service as our realtor for selling and buying.

What a great experience! Not only were you knowledgeable, professional, patient and sensitive to all of our needs, you were fun to be around and made searching for our home a pleasant experience! You answered all our questions and offered us valuable advice on the market. You were highly organized and thorough in your research of properties, plus you were always available when we needed to meet with you.

We would definitely recommend you to all our family and friends because you helped make the whole selling/buying experience so much easier!
