Housing market will be stable next two years: RBC
A stronger economy will offset the effects of higher mortgage rates and keep Canadian house prices stable over the next two years, according to the Royal Bank of Canada.

Statistics
January 2011 showed a slight increase of just under 4% over 2010 for sales of Single Family homes. Unfortunately the Condo market didn't fair as well and showed a 19% decrease in sales comparing 2011 to 2010. The Average Sale price for both Single Family homes and Condos increased between 2% and 3% over 2010.
