Green Mountain Offers More Value to Its Customers
 
The largest provider of cleaner electricity to the Texas multifamily industry, Green Mountain Energy Company, has signed on with BluTrend to enable its multifamily customers to receive CSASecure® services.  Green Mountain is Texas' only electric provider dedicated to cleaner electricity and will soon be expanding its service to the New York City market, as well.  The company was ranked the highest in residential customer satisfaction with retail electric service in Texas by J.D. Power and Associates.1

RentBureau and BluTrend Team Up for Customer Savings 
  
RentBureau, the rental data based credit bureau providing the multifamily industry with a more accurate and complete picture of prospective renters, is partnering with BluTrend to offer CSASecure® to its customers. RentBureau's proprietary database collects rental payment histories every 24 hours from its national network of property owners and managers, which currently includes nearly six million residents nationwide. Through RentBureau, the multifamily industry seamlessly reports residents' rental payment history directly from property management software.
 
"According to NMHC, up to 5% of rental revenue is lost each year from residents who skip, write bad checks, are evicted or leave significant property damage," said Eric Hartz, President and CEO of Rent Bureau. "CSASecure's® unique ability to identify residents who fail to pay utilities as agreed is a good fit with our core offerings. It's one more way we can help our members reduce their bad debt exposure. PAS Members Clamor for Utility Cost Controls 
 
Professional Apartment Services (PAS), a consultant to the multifamily industry and provider of national accounts purchasing platforms, program, listens to its members. When they began asking about ways to control costs during these difficult economic times, PAS signed on with BluTrend and the CSASecure® program to reduce utility vacant costs as one answer.
