Summer is in Full Swing!
Greetings!

Lake City hosts such an amazing variety of events that you'd think it wouldn't be able to outdo itself, but every year, it raises the bar just a little more.

This year's line-up of special events is especially impressive, with an array of activities, entertainment, art and history events, outdoor education, and other fun things to do. We update the events schedule all the time;  see our Events page.

Coming up in the next few days and weeks:  country singer/songwriter Chuck Pyle, the Town Wide Yard Sale, Living History Day at the Museum, the annual Juried Arts & Crafts Festival, singer Suzy Bogguss, an astro-photography presentation, performances by Sweet Sunny South, Dean Dillon, Les Gilliam, the Lake City Stinger band, and the Mountain Music Duo, plus walking tours of the historic district (including ghost tours), art classes, dance performances by the Lakettes Cloggers, two plays, and more.  Find out more about these events and dozens more at www.lakecity.com/events.
