Without music, life would be a mistake.

For San Jose Symphonic Choir, Spring brings Music and Arts.  This is our major fundraising campaign, done in partnership with Arts Council Silicon Valley.  Gifts to the Choir through this campaign have provided nearly 1/3 of our annual operating costs in previous years.   Our donors have enabled the Choir to present several concerts each year, produce the annual You-Sing-It Messiah at the California Theatre each December, and provide outreach programs to school children, seniors, and hospitalized patients.

If you have given a gift to the Choir in previous campaigns, we thank you again and hope you will continue your support of our activities.

If you have not given before, we hope you will consider giving a gift, which would help us continue to present beautiful music throughout the community.

To make a gift to San Jose Symphonic Choir, go to Arts Council Silicon Valley  or contact a member of the Choir.  Make certain to designate the gift for SJSC.

Singing: The Key To a Long Life

I believe that singing is the key to long life, a good figure, a stable temperament,
increased intelligence, new friends, super self-confidence...and a better sense of humor.  A recent long-term study conducted in Scandinavia sought to discover which activities related to a healthy and happy later life.  Three stood out: camping, dancing and singing.
