BMA NEEDS YOUR HELP! and.... WAIT FOR IT.... WAIT FOR IT.... YOU COULD ACTUALLY GET PAID TO HELP BMA!!!
    WANTED: Creative mountain biker-type people who are good with illustrator, drawing programs, pencils, and crayons to come up with a new logo and color scheme for our most beloved bike advocacy team (ahem, that'd be Boulder Mountainbike Alliance).

   YES! Step right up and join in the fun! We are having a contest to redesign the BMA logo! BMA is putting its infrastructure through a huge transformation, and it all starts with a NEW LOGO!!  We're hoping to tap into people with mad design skills who really understand mountain biking and Boulder, to help BMA rebrand and find that new look. All kidding aside here, we need some great serious entries for a really cool new logo and we think that you are the target audience, so you probably know what's coolest.

WHY DO WE NEED A NEW LOGO? 
 
   This year, BMA is going through a growth spurt to better support our members and to bring more from business and government to our cause - making Boulder County a great place to mountain bike! To do this, we are revamping our website, membership system and our outreach programs. When we sat down to plan this out, we realized that having a logo and brand that matched our members' moods and interests as well as conveyed how serious BMA is about getting stuff done around here, was key. We knew that we could hire a branding company to do this, but we think that you, our members, might know what we need better.
 
HERE'S HOW IT WORKS:
   We have posted a logo design contest on this website click here.  You come up with the logo. You come up with the color scheme. We've given a bunch of rules and things on the website for you to follow. After a week, the web team at BMA (well that's Paul, Andria and Kevin and El Capitan Vogel if you're interested in who to bribe) will make a decision and then the winner makes a big chunk of coin! It's that easy.

   After that, your logo will be on our new website (please be patient, we just signed the contract for the developers - give us a couple months), jerseys, hats, belt buckles, and just about anything else that will sit still long enough for us to brand it.  And you will get
loads of good karma for helping BMA.
