Quote from Yogi Bhajan
YogiJi What is Yoga?

"Yoga has never been truly described for what it is. It is an art and a science with which you can leap over the pitfalls of life. It is a science, and knowledge, and art, where mind and body can work in union and spirit will back it up."

Yogi Bhajan, the master of Kundalini Yoga, brought the teachings of this ancient sacred science to America in 1969. He taught here for 35 years until his passing in 2004.

Yoga can help kids connect more deeply with their inner-self allowing them to develop a closer relationship with the world that surrounds them.   Check out our Radiant Child Yoga classes taught by Tarisa Parrish, a Level 2 Certified Radiant Child teacher.
