LAST WEEK'S PROGRAM ~ Committees

 

Guests: -- Emily Rendall-Araujo from Lakeland, Jesse O'Doyle of Maritime (both interested in becoming members) Mary Hayward-pending new member, Steve Roelse-will be inducted shortly as our newest member.

 

UPDATES:  Johanna Schmidt is settling into the new environment of her exchange experience in Mexico.   WATCH FOR INFORMATION COMING IN BIRD TALK !!  Those able to make the District Conference game updates on the sessions they attended.   The membership was quizzed on what our 'tag line' was that we created.  WATCH FOR THAT INFORMATION TO ALSO BE POSTED IN BIRD TALK!! 

 

PROGRAM:  Other various updates from committees. 

  • Raffle tickets will be available as of next week.   We need to sell 500 tickets at $10 each - this will fund our scholarships.
  • Updated bylaws will be distributed for the membership to vote on.
  • Steve Roelse is approved and will be inducted into membership.
  • Christmas party will be at Lakeland again this year, watch for details
  • Dave Anderson is biking in a fund raiser that will help Polio Plus
  • Making Spirits Bright - Holiday Light show in Evergreen Park for 2012 moving forward
  • President's Citation is being worked on for the club for this year
  • Watch the web site for more updates coming
