LAST WEEK'S PROGRAM ~ Sheriff Todd Priebe
Guests: Peter Giese (proposed member by Ed Unger) Joann Sebastian
Announcements: Members were encouraged to remember to bring protein items for the pantry at Bridgeway and school supplies for the children residing at Bridgeway. Gerry updated the members that the committee continues to meet regarding the light show, which is seriously evaluating Evergreen Park as a setting for the light show. Lobster Boil evaluation was done by President Tom Bartz and President Elect Scott Morrelle. Comments were collected on what went well and what could be done better. Treasurer Greg Liebl did a presentation on the numbers showing a comparison of projections of a price of $30 versus the price we used of $40. A few bills are being paid, but projected profit should be approxiamately $9,000. Considering lower ticket sales this was a pleasant surprise. Members were reminded again how critical their tickets sales. A big THANK YOU must go out to past member Bob Imig who sold 51 tickets!!!
