Thank you for your
holiday donations!

You enabled us to fulfill all our Giving Tree Christmas wishes!
giving tree

Many thanks to all who generously purchased gifts or provided funds for our 2009 Giving Tree. The tree contained many Christmas wishes from residents who remain on campus during the holidays, many of whom have no family except Marbridge. More than 180 gifts were delivered, wrapped and ready for Santa to distribute on Christmas morning. A total of $1,975 in donated funds or gift cards enabled us to purchase all of the remaining wishes. What a Christmas blessing for our residents, and we are so grateful for your generosity!

You also made our

a tremendous success!

These groups and individuals provided funds or in-kind donations that enabled us to furnish all of the Village cottages with new Christmas trees, complete with decorations! We also appreciate the volunteers from Frost Insurance Agency for their invaluable help in putting the trees up and decorating them.

We appreciate your
financial support!

Our music instructor, Tamara Shelton, got a bouquet of flowers for a job well done on this year's production.

Our families enjoyed the show and the
Open House that preceded it

More than 400 people attended the 2009 Christmas Program performances and we enjoyed an excellent turnout for our Open House event as well. To see more photos, click here for the log-in screen. Use the password "family and friends" to access the photo album.

Parents and Family Members:
You're invited to join MPFA!

MPFA logo The Marbridge Parents & Families Association serves as a support group for the residents and staff at Marbridge. We are involved in campus life in many different ways. The MPFA also serves as a vehicle for parents to connect with one another. We hope you will join us during our 2010 Membership Drive that is going on now! The association provides a membership directory to each member in May, and we have periodic meetings throughout the year, usually coinciding with holidays and other events that bring parents to the Marbridge campus.

To download an application, go to the Documents section on the Sycamore Education Web site. For more information, contact Peter Hubbell, MPFA president.
