New Wines for Summer
Uvaggio Rosato
A beautiful Rose that will remind you of warm summer days in Provence and the cooling Mistral winds. This wine is made with Barbera grapes. $12.
Uvaggio '08 Vermentino
A light, fruity white made with the Vermentino grape from Italy. It goes with all of your summer meals and will be reminscent of Pinot Grigio. $14.
Kasuari '08 Rose'
Michael Peters has come up with something very special here -- a rose' made from Pinot Noir grapes. This wine has a translucent cherry hue in the glass, off-dry and citrus cherry on the palate. Remember Cherry Limeade, but without the syrup? $19.
Kasuari '08 Sauvignon Blanc True to the characteristics of this grape, this wine is pale straw in color, has delicate citrus nose and blends flavors of green tea, lime zest and a touch of bell pepper to make it that perfect wine for seafood or as a nice follow up to that martini or gin and tonic you had for starters! $29.
And don't forget Olabisi '06 Mendocino Chardonnay and '07 Carneros Chardonnay!
