| Nom Com extends GA commissioner deadline | |

The presbytery's Nominating Committee is searching for two teaching elders and two ruling elders to serve as commissioners at General Assembly, June 30 - July 7, 2012 in Pittsburgh.
It is also searching for one young adult (age 17-23 when GA convenes) to serve as an advisory delegate.
If you or someone you know feels called to serve, please submit a nominating form by January 23. |
| Call to Youth program needs volunteers | |

The longer we operate the Call to Youth after-school homework program, the more we realize that children need one-on-one attention to benefit fully from the program. We are looking for volunteers to help with homework and other academic activities, not tutors! You do not have to be an expert or genius to volunteer.
Homework Program hours are Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 4 - 5:30 pm. We provide a healthy snack and school supplies.

At its January meeting, the Committe on Ministry approved the following changes in calls:
Jim Crank to parish associate, Northminster
Rhonda O'Reilly to associate pastor, Mt. Washington.
It also appointed Ed McNulty (HR) as moderator of the Community of Faith session. |
