What will be the ramifications of a landmark case involving pharmaceutical product liability?  Monday, September 7 at 7pm on WFMZ-TV 69 on The American Law Journal host Christopher Naughton and plaintiff's attorney Jamie Sheller, Esq. of Sheller, P.C., defense counsel Raymond Williams, Esq. of DLA Piper and the Hon. Gene Cohen of Montgomery McCracken Walker & Rhoads to discuss the recent U.S. Supreme Court decision in Wyeth v. Levine.

The program shares the story of professional musician Diana Levine who was administered an IV drug which set in motion the events that led to her case reaching the U.S. Supreme Court.  With last year's decision by the Court on medical devices ruling in the manufacturer's favor, Levine's case generated considerable interest and debate in both plaintiff and defense bars.  How will the makeup of the Court affect the future business practices of the pharmaceutical and medical device industries?
