Nippon Oil Pitcher Agrees to 3-Year Deal with Boston Red Sox
Japanese right-handed pitcher, Junichi Tazawa, agreed to a three-year deal with the Boston Red Sox earlier this month.
Junichi Tazawa is currently a member of Nippon Oil's corporate league baseball team, and opted out of Japan's amateur draft for the opportunity to join the Red Sox next year in their starting line-up.
