A Showcase Art Event April 18 on Coronado Island

Exciting news! I have been asked to join the family of artists in the nationally acclaimed Art and Frames by Wood Gallery of Coronado, California. I will be at the gallery painting in the garden on beautiful Coronado Island on Saturday, April 18. We will have refreshments and artistic entertainment so stop by and say hello!

Moving my art to California is a homecoming, since my husband Carlos and I are former residents. Gallery owner Jill Hardman will be featuring my large floral garden paintings in conjunction with the April Coronado Flower Show and in Coronado Lifestyle Magazine

You are invited to visit my art studio in Flower Mound, Texas, if you are brave enough to face down my three wrinkley faced, four-footed studio assistants. My original landscapes, florals, architectural renderings and pet portraits all have just a touch of whimsy and a bit of bold color. Come by often or send me an email at nancy@nancymedina.com! The pugs and I love visitors.

Howard and his brother Java and sister Anniebelly are my faithful studio assistants, ever vigilant for a crumb to fall upon the studio floor. What on earth would I do without them?

A Huge Dallas Arboretum Thank You!

The Good Art Company, Fredericksburg TXThank you to everyone who stopped by my booth at Artscape in March 2009 at the Dallas Arboretum. This was my most successful show, thanks to you. The weather was beautiful and mother nature gave us tulips, cherry blossoms and azalea bushes in full bloom to celebrate a day of art. I hope to see you there again next March! You can see What's in Bloom at www.dallasarboretum.org.
