'Unnatural Causes' returns to PBS tomorrow
The acclaimed documentary series that explains how social determinants of health -- circumstances in which we're born, live, and work -- can affect our well-being as much as gerns and viruses. WTVS Channel 56 is re-broadcasting the Unnatural Causes series, originally aired in 2008, on four consecutive Tuesdays at 4:30 a.m., beginning tomorrow, Tuesday, Oct. 13.
That's a little early for most of us -- but that's what DVRs are for. So, if you haven't seen this important program, plan to capture it and view it at a convenient time. Access to health care involves many different circumstances -- social barriers are one of them. For more information on the program, visit www.unnaturalcauses.org/
