No-Bake Chocolate Nut-Butter Cookies
No Bake Chocolate-Oatmeal Cookies
2 Tbsp. organic butter
1 ¼ cup xylitol powder
1 Tbsp. stevia powder
1/3 cup organic cocoa powder
½ cup rice milk, almond milk, or goat milk
Combine the above ingredients in a medium saucepan in the order given. Bring to a gentle rolling boil for 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat and add:
1 tsp vanilla or almond flavoring
1/3 cup peanut or almond butter
3 cups oatmeal, uncooked
½ cup Whey Cool protein powder (any flavor)
Drop by teaspoon on wax paper and allow to cool. Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator.
