School is back in session, which means, for many of us, getting up at a rediculously early hour to get the kids ready, and schedules that are suddenly hectic. Taking time to relax, get some exercise and do a little skincare maintenance sometimes seems impossible! For working moms like myself, the days are even more crowded.
When life is stressful, it's even more important to take even just a few minutes each day for a little meditation, a relaxing walk outside, or a good hard mountain bike ride. You'll feel better, look radiant, and your skin will thank you!
