Dear Patients and Friends:
As the holiday season approaches, we look forward to spending time with family and friends. It is a time of giving and thankfulness, and also provides us the opportunity to share our traditions as our community becomes more diverse. At StillPointe, we are especially thankful for YOU. We greatly appreciate that you trust us to take care of you and your families. Please keep reading for some important information about changes at StillPointe, including a change of location in Sartell.
On January 4, we will be in our new clinic at 1090 2nd Street South, Suite D. This is in the Sundance Office Plaza near Sartell Fitness 24/7, across from Liquid Assets and Westside Liquor. The clinic will be closed from December 29 through January 3 to allow us to move and get settled.
This month we also want to take care of our community with our annual gift and food drive for the Anna Marie's Shelter. The details are outlined below, but the drive has been extended to December 15th. When you donate a gift, you will also be entered into a drawing for a holiday gift basket.

Remember to use your flex dollars before the end of the year. Most of our services at StillPointe are eligible for flex and HSA accounts. As a patient or client, we will provide you with a receipt and notice of a "medically necessary" service. Some plans cover supplements if they are part of a medical treatment plan (including weight management programs).

| We are Moving to a New Location in Sartell! | |
 We have leased our entire building on Troop Drive to Rejuv Medical, so we are moving to a new space in Sartell. Our clinic will be located at 1090 2nd Street South, Suite D, in the Sundance Plaza across Pinecone Road from Walgreens. We will be open in our current location through December 28th (except for Monday, December 26th in celebration of Christmas). We will be closed from December 29th through January 3rd to make the move, and will be open in the new clinic on Wednesday, January 4th. We will continue to see patients in our downtown location on Tuesdays and Thursdays. See all hours on the sidebar to the left.
We realize that there have been several changes in the past few months. Like many businesses in this economy, we are doing everything we can to streamline our services, to keep our prices reasonable and provide superior services for you and your family. We look forward to seeing you and your family in our new location after the 1st of the year.

Update on Insurance.
Both locations will take Blue Cross, Health Partners, Medicare, Workers Comp and Personal Injury (auto). As of January 1, 2012, we will not be in-network for other insurances such as Preferred One, Medica, U-Care and some others. We will bill out-of-network for you, which often includes better coverage. Please check with Julie, our insurance manager, if you have questions about your coverage.
You may use your Flex and HSA plans for your services, deductibles and co-pays, which are due at the time of service. We also have time-of-service discounts and reasonable cash/wellness plans. Since so many people have high deductibles and co-insurances, our cash plans are often the more reasonable option. If you are experiencing an economic hardship, we will do our best to work with you so you get the care you need for yourself and your family. Please contact us to discuss this option. YOU are our top priority and we want to make sure your health comes first!
