"Navigating the Grocery Store."
Join StillPointe Wellness Coach, SarahErin Palmer, on Thursday, February 25th, 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. for a class that will teach you how to get around the grocery store more efficiently and to read/understand food labels. Class is designed for those with food allergies, making lifestyle changes, and for first-time shoppers in the organic section or at a natural food co-op. The class is FREE and will be held at StillPointe.

Dear Patients and Friends: We all need a bit of light this time of year. The bright lights of Christmas have been taken down, and in Minnesota we have to deal with the cold, icy sidewalks and negative wind-chill for another month or so. I guess we have to create our own light to get through the winter! Well, we are certainly glad to help you do that this month at StillPointe.
We have lots of classes and events going on, including a "We Love Our Patients" event, scheduled for February 15-17. Come in for special treats, seated massage and discounts. Plus you can enter drawings and make valentines. Let us show you how much we appreciate you, and to thank you for your patronage and referrals.
Due to popular demand, we are adding a February version of the recent "health sampler" and the "massage sampler." (See details below.) Give your sweetie the gift of health and a relaxing massage with essential oils and those wonderful, soothing hot stones. That's what gets me through the winter!

 StillPointe will be offering a 3-month fitness class in conjunction with Sartell-St. Stephen Community Ed. It will be taught by our wellness coach and personal trainer, SarahErin Palmer, CPT, CIN. Is one of your New Year's Resolutions to get back into shape, start working out for the first time, lose the extra weight, or take your workouts to the next level? Then this class is what you need to springboard yourself toward your goal. Topics to be discussed include exercise, proper nutrition and why the two must go together for optimum results and good health. Participants will go through a circuit of tests including: resting heart rate, blood pressure, Body Mass Index (BMI), cardiovascular test, muscle imbalance assessment, body fat analysis, and more, to determine individual strengths and weaknesses. This is a 3-part class, each held one month apart, so you can see marked changes in your results.

It is being held at Sartell Middle School from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. This FREE, family-focused event introduces community members to Sartell businesses. There are 50 booths, activities for the kids, free swimming and entertainment. There is even a pancake breakfast for a small charge.
