Hello and happy spring from Caravan-Serai Tours. Actually, our spring tour season has finished up and we are beginning our preparations for the fall and winter season. But just because we dont have group tours scheduled for the summer months, does not mean you cannot travel to the Middle East or North Africa during that time. As a matter of fact, we have lots of clients traveling to destinations such as Morocco, Tunisia, Egypt, Turkey, Lebanon, and Israel in the summer months. If you would like to put together a private tour this summer, just give us a call!

| Fall 2010 |
Now is the time to save your place on our upcoming tours for the fall. We have a great line-up starting with our award-winning Levantine Adventure in September. In October we will have tours to Iran (Oct 8-22), and Armenia, Georgia, and Eastern Turkey (Oct 11-28). In November we will have an Arabian Gulf Tour. To register, simply call us and we can take you deposit over the phone by credit card. At that time we can email you the registration forms for you to fill out and send back to us, along with a scanned copy of your passport. That's all there is to it! We can help you make flight arrangements, and obtain trip insurance if you choose. Just ask! |
| 2011 |
We have really been filling up our schedule of set departures for 2011. In January we start out with our increasingly popular tour to Yemen, which includes an excursion to Socotra Island. Socotra is an isolated island south of Yemen in the Indian Ocean. It's isolation has made it similar to the Galapagos Islands- rare and unique flora and fauna, indluding the Dragon Blood Tree, which is symbolic of the island. The tour will spend 4 days there, then the group flies back to the mainland to continue exploring the Land of Sheba.
In February we will return to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, another tour that has received consistent praise from participants, as well as being named a National Geographic Tour of a Lifetime in recent years.
March 13-29 will be our next Levantine Adventure Tour. April 2-14 we will take a group to Jordan and Israel. And May 7-21 will be another tour of Iran. We are putting the finishing touches on all of these tours now, and may have another tour to Tunisia and Morocco because the one that just return was such a great success. As the information becomes available, we will send out announcements, but these dates should help you plan if you would like to go on any of these tours.
Our fall season in 2011 will start off in September with the Levantine Adventure: Sept 24 - Oct 7, 2011.
