Welcome to the latest edition of Your A-to-Z Guide to a Richly Abundant Life!
I'm so excited to share these thoughts with you. Some may be old news to you - some new - either way, it's all about planting seeds that will blossom into massive Abundance for you in the here-and-now.
As a recovering world-class worrier, I was delighted to be given the inspiration for today's exercise. Hope it works as well for you, , as it has been for me! Let's get on with it, shall we? Enjoy!

L is for "Lightness of Being"
Lighten up

Fearful thoughts and feelings close off your flow of Abundance very quickly and efficiently. They are a highly effective way to make a bad situation worse. If this is something you do not want, lightening up will help.
If it feels right, , take a moment now to let your body be filled with Lightness of Being. Imagine you're breathing Light through your heart. If you don't know how to do this, just pretend you're doing it.
Roll your shoulders and relax your jaw. If you can, stand up and shake out your hips, your head, your arms, and your legs. This resets your nervous system to the state of Lightness of Being.
When you feel Lightness, you feel Good. And when you feel Good, you feel God. This speeds up your emotional journey to Abundance.

L is for "Logic" Loosen up
Human beings have a great capacity for following a line of logic and insisting on its rightness because it is logical.
Yet just because something is logical, that does not necessarily make it true.
For instance, you may have concluded you will never get rich because you have never been rich before.
The premise of this line of logic is completely false: the assumption being that because you have never done something in the past, it means you can never do it in the future.
This is absurd even on the face of it. It's like saying because you were born not knowing how to read, you will never be able to read.
That's silly, . You're reading this article right now.
Logic makes a good servant and a bad master.
When you use it to map out how you will use your wealth in a soul-satisfying way; or create a system, service or product that will change many lives for the better; or figure out the best way to fry a fish for dinner - you are using logic in a beneficial way.
When you use logic to justify inaction; to explain why you can't be, do, or have what you want; to rationalize remaining stuck, poor, or unfulfilled- you are using logic like a sharp sword turned against yourself.

L is for "Lovingkindness"
Love it up
Lovingkindness toward yourself and others provides you with one of the most rapid routes toward Abundance of every kind, including enormous wealth.
It has been suggested one must be a ruthless shark to attain great wealth. Certainly, some ruthless sharks have gotten rich. Yet, was their ruthlessness a factor in creating their wealth, or did they attain it in spite of their lack of lovingkindness?
Single-mindedness certainly plays a key role in the creation of anything you desire. Creation requires focus, commitment, energy, passion and clarity of vision.
You can have all of these qualities with or without lovingkindness. It's your choice, .
Treating yourself and others with lovingkindness opens the door to Abundance because it helps you relax and open to receiving your Good in whatever forms it may take.
Use the "Lovingkindness" exercise that follows to release the tension and toxins generated by obsessive worrisome thoughts. This will free up emotional, mental and physical energy for you to create the Abundance you desire.

Next time you catch yourself worrying about anything, try this.
- Say "Pause" out loud if you're alone, and silently if you're not. - Inhale and exhale three times, as deeply as is comfortable for you. Focus on the breathing.
- Say "Pause" again, out loud or silently, as appropriate. - Ask yourself, "Who am I really arguing with?" Take a deep breath. An answer may come, or it may not. Either way is fine. - Ask yourself, "Who is arguing with me?" Take a deep breath. An answer may come, or it may not. Either way is fine. - Ask yourself, "Why are we arguing?" Take a deep breath. An answer may come, or it may not. Either way is fine.
Notice how you feel. Keep breathing.
Has the train of thought gone away? If so, you're done. If it hasn't, repeat the exercise until it does.
This exercise stops the cycle of unproductive thoughts; makes room in your brain for more productive thoughts; and creates space in your heart for feeling your way toward a win-win solution for the matter that was troubling you.
