B is for "Beauty"

Let Beauty remind you how good life is

Relish the rose's beauty

With all the ugliness out there, it's all too easy to lose sight of the bountiful beauty in the world.

 

Beauty restores our sense of rightness - of balance - of reverence. Beauty refreshes your senses and feeds your soul.

 

Begin by noticing the beauty around you: the rich fragrance and color of a rose; the graceful complexity of a tree's branches; the unique shape and weight of a stone or crystal, turning warm as you hold it in the palm of your hand.

 

Notice your own beautiful qualities, and speak out loud your appreciation for them. Your body responds in every cell to your loving words, enhancing the well-being and positive feelings so essential to feeling abundant in all aspects of your life.

 

B is for "Beginner's Mind"

Open your life to abundance by letting go of your preconceived ideas about it.
  

What if you have been misinformed?

 

What if your ideas about money, relationships, work, love, health, value, giving and receiving are actually secondhand relics from others who were also misinformed?

 

What if life were easy? 

 

What if making money was simple?

  

Are sacrifice, stress and struggle really a necessary prelude to a life of abundance?

 

What if love, money, freedom and joy are far more abundant, free-flowing and rightfully yours than you can currently imagine?

 

Open your mind ... open your eyes ... open your heart to the richness that leaps into your life simply by your becoming aware of it.

 

 

B is for "Breathe"

Oxygenate your brain

Get centered through breathing

When you feel stressed, you tend to breathe shallowly, from the top of your chest.

 

This deprives your brain of the oxygen it needs to dream up solutions to whatever is making you feel stressed.

 

This creates more stress.

It's your basic vicious cycle thing. 

 

Neurologically, fear and excitement are identical.

 

So whether you're stressed by something great (like a hot new date) or not-so-great (like nothing to wear for the hot date) ...

 

Remember to breathe!  

 

Try this at home for "Breathe"

Breathe. Center. Ground.

When you're stressed, your brain needs extra oxygen to restore emotional, mental and chemical balance so you can resolve the stressful matter with ease and grace.
Here's a simple technique to do just that: 
  1. Inhale for a count of 1-2-3-4
  2. Hold the inhale for a count of 1-2-3-4
  3. Exhale for a count of 1-2-3-4
  4. Hold the exhale for a count of 1-2-3-4
  5. Repeat until you feel calm
Notice how spacious you feel inside.
There's plenty of room, now, for solutions to pop up.

 

Notice how peaceful you feel as you realize either (a) the best action to take, or (b) no action is required on your part.
