Dear VFA Sister,
When the going gets tough, the tough keep going! Times are bad, but we cannot let our life's work go unrecorded. And we need your help to keep us from going out of business completely!
My name is Mary Stanley. I live in Fresno, California and am one of the newer members on the block. I m a long time member of NOW and an activist in the National Women s Political Caucus. Today, I am a proud member of VFA and recently elected to the board. Because of my experience raising money for the NWPC over the years Jacqui has asked me to help raise money for VFA.
 In turn, I am asking for your help. The goal I am setting is to reach out to 250 members to give VFA $250. The total would be $62,000. It sounds like a lot but figures out to what we need to pay for expenses and comes out to $21 a month for each of you. We would call ourselves The President's Circle.
Will you join?
If you can t afford $250 we fully understand. But send whatever you can to help VFA to continue our great work, honoring each and every woman and man who contributed to this great movement, documenting our history and passing the torch to others.
