Veteran Feminists of America SECOND CHANCE TO BE INCLUDED IN
Feminists Who Changed America
Pioneer Feminists Project |

Dear Members and Friends,
YOU HAVE A SECOND CHANCE TO BE INCLUDED IN FEMINISTS WHO CHANGED AMERICA. The Pioneer Feminists Project, in partnership with Veteran Feminists of America, created the book Feminists Who Changed America, 1963-1975. While the book includes biographies of 2,200 wonderful feminists who worked to improve the lives of women, we know we missed many. We are now opening up the project again to include as many pioneer feminists as we can find who missed the first edition. We will have either a second edition or a supplement.
Don't miss this second chance to be included in this historical reference work. The new bios that we secure must meet the same criteria. Feminists must have been active feminists in 1975 or before to be included. The questionnaire appears below.
PS Please forward this email to your friends who missed out the first round and make sure they are included too. To send your questionnaire back, hit Reply, fill out the form, and Forward it to Barbara Love, the editor E-mail: bjlove@msn.com.
Thank you. |

Feminist is self-defined. You do not have to have been with a group or organization. Write as much as needed. Some informal, personal story of a feminist event that was important in your life is welcomed. If you can't remember specific dates, don't let that stop you from filling this out.
Please note that it is essential that you answer question 9 on what your contributed to the women's movement. Please provide a narrative. There is no space limit.
Visit the Pioneer Feminists Project Database and see if your friends are listed in Feminists Who Changed America:
