"Tree climbing is the kind of adventure every child loves and most adults need. Reaching over 70 ft in the air, standing on the branch of a giant white oak tree, the view is breathtaking-- a sight only birds and dare-devil squirrels are privy to. The experience is both physically challenging and spiritually uplifting. It takes a certain fitness to hoist oneself up on the ropes, but you don't need to be a marathon runner. If you are willing to break a sweat, you will be rewarded with a spectacular view. The EarthJoy team in Northern Kentucky gets you set up and feeling confident and secure with the ropes system and then leaves you to your climbing. The view from the top is rewarding, but so is the little things you see on you way up, as you pause to wipe the sweat from your brow. Butterflies, ants milling about, birds soaring from the tallest branches--- the little personalities of the forest that remind you the world does not have to revolve around you and your stress level. Tree climbing with the EarthJoy team who puts an emphasis on experiencing a revitalizing closeness with nature, is a unique kind of playful adventure that is also good for the soul. "

Greetings!
Working with my family has some pros and cons. You can imagine, after a full summer of climbing, how it could be possible and very likely to get on one another's nerves.
In comes Laurie, one of my best friends and intern with EarthJoy this year! She brings the sunshine whenever she shows up! The best thing about her is when we climb together we tend to create something new. Our last climb at Dayton Washington Township we showed off our newly invented whirlwind yoga pose. It was just in time to release some tension from setting up for 18 climbers!! You may ask what is a whirlwind? Well, I would love to teach you how to do it.
Just email Shelly@climbtreeswithearthjoy.com and request the program guide. Where you can choose between 1 of 4 climbs depending on if you like it mild or WILD!
We want you to hear first hand from people that have climbed with us.
Every week we will feature live videos of climbers in the trees and/or 5 questions with the climber of the week. This way you will know we are telling truth that tree climbing is fun, adventurous and connects you to nature, others and yourself!! Check out what the climbers had to say about the Dayton climb below!
Want to do something new & exciting? Some of our very dear friends Anna Lee and Jody Christiansen built a new zipline in the Mohican Valley. www.treefrogcanopytours.com Ever since Jody was diagnosed with Leukemia and is now in remission he is following his dreams. This zipline is only the beginning!!
We L♥ve Tree Climbing !
