Join our Seed Starting Squad!

When you participate in Growing Hope's Seed Starting Squad, we provide the knowledge and resources for you to raise healthy seedlings for our programs, the hoophouse and gardens at the Growing Hope Center, and for yourselves!  It's a great way to become involved early in the season and get your hands in the dirt while there's still snow falling outside!  We are still looking for at least 60 people to become Seed Starting Squad Members for 2011! If you've already signed up, tell your friends!

lightstand

Here's how it works: Growing Hope will sell or loan you a light stand. The light stand will hold four flats for seedlings- you agree to grow two flats for us (we provide the flats, soil, and seeds) and then you have room for two flats for yourself. Contact Casey by email or phone for more info at casey@growinghope.net or 734-786-8401.
