See our progress at the GH Center!
GHC - Geothermal Loops We're moving forward!  Thanks to donations from the Masco Corporate Foundation and several private donors, we're making progress at the Growing Hope Center.  Our geothermal system was installed last week, and our electrical upgrade and parking lot construction are forthcoming!  With heat in the house (our future offices, teaching space, and commercial kitchen), we'll be able to use many volunteers this winter who want to help us on the renovations.  Apply to volunteer or, if you're already in our system, be in touch with Arika, our new Outreach & Volunteerism Manager, about how you join our planning team or lend a hand!

Welcomes & Farewells!
Friday, November 19th is the end of the service year for our Americorps*VISTA members, including JP , Jeremy, Gabe, Ryan Stedman, and Wendy.  Their full-time service as volunteers has allowed GH to grow and prosper in 2010. We'll miss JP, Jeremy, and Gabe, but are pleased that Wendy & Ryan will be staying with us next year.  We also look forward to our new VISTA members-- Eva, Christina, Emily, Cassandra, Paul & Joel who begin their year with us on Friday.
