We need *YOU* to help us sell raffle tickets (and to buy some, too!).  Our fall "Celebrate Local" Raffle will be drawn during Hope's Harvest on Sept 21-- but anyone can buy tickets and anyone can win!  PRIZES:

2nd prize: Buy local, eat local, grow local gift basket-- well over $100 of local goods & gift certificates that anyone will love!

THANK YOU for everyone who helped-- 55 volunteers, 350+ volunteer hours, 40 yards of compost, 25 tons of gravel, 25 steel bows helped to build our first 30 x 96 foot hoophouse!

Hope's Harvest is September 21!
Early Bird Tickets extended until August 31
Imagine Sunday afternoon in early fall surrounded by garden and growth, sampling Hope's Harvest Flyerdishes of local foods prepared by local chefs from such restaurants as eve, Zingerman's, Tower Inn, Carson's American Bistro, and many more, including renowned chef Benjamin Meyer who will be on site at the event!  We hope you'll join us for the Fourth Annual Hope's Harvest on Sunday September 21st from 4:00pm-7:00pm, for the first time to be held at the new Growing Hope Center!   Early bird deadline has just been extended to August 31st-- buy your tickets online right away!  Tickets are now available at Click & Pledge.  Early bird ticket prices are $40, $65, and $90! 
2008 Tour De Fresh!
Tuesday, September 16th 5:00pm-8:30pm

Our second annual tour of Ypsilanti-area community gardens and urban tomato harvestagriculture is September 16th!  Sign in for Tour De Fresh begins at 4:30pm at our Downtown Ypsilanti Farmers' Market  (MI Ave and Hamilton). The tour leaves at 5:00pm, ending with a light meal made by local gardeners.  Rain or Shine, all ages welcome!  Requested Donation: $1-20.  Join us driving or biking!
